Christmas Omega-3 Cinnamon balls

This recipe is a good combination of sweet and healthy, all the ingredients have some good properties and nutrients, and it is a good idea for Christmas times with the cinnamon touch!


  • 4 tbsp dried coconut

  • 4 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp cane sugar


  1. Put all ingredients in the blender, and mix until you get a smooth paste or dough.

  2. Put the dough on a plate and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before making the balls

  3. Make the balls using one small spoon to measure the portion size, and with both of your both to give them the rounded shape

  4. For decoration, roll half of them in cacao powder, and the other half in dried coconut powder

  5. Keep them in the fridge until eating them.
