The 3-ingredient walnut flourless cake

A simple cake rich in Omega-3, with no flours, no refined sugars, and just 3 ingredients!


  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins or dates)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3 eggs


  1. Preheat the oven to 180º for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Mix all in the blender, starting with walnuts, then dried fruits, baking powder, and eggs.

  3. Put the dough on a baking tray with non-sticking baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven; remember it is better not to overcook it to keep it soft inside.

  4. Let it cool down on a baking tray and wait for at least 30 minutes before serving it.

  5. Store in an airtight container or cover with a cloth to make the soft texture last longer. It can go from 3 to 5 days.

  6. Decorate with powdered sugar, pieces of walnuts, cranberries, and dried apples!
