A simple cake rich in Omega-3, with no flours, no refined sugars, and just 3 ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
1 cup dried fruit (raisins or dates)
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180º for 10-15 minutes.
Mix all in the blender, starting with walnuts, then dried fruits, baking powder, and eggs.
Put the dough on a baking tray with non-sticking baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven; remember it is better not to overcook it to keep it soft inside.
Let it cool down on a baking tray and wait for at least 30 minutes before serving it.
Store in an airtight container or cover with a cloth to make the soft texture last longer. It can go from 3 to 5 days.
Decorate with powdered sugar, pieces of walnuts, cranberries, and dried apples!
