1 tablet baking chocolate or chocolate 70% cacao
5-6 tsp cardamon powder
Melt the chocolate and prepare a baking sheet on a flat surface. To melt the chocolate, you just need to be careful to not burn it. You can place it in the microwave and stir it every 20 seconds so it doesn't get burnt, or in a heatproof bowl inside a pan with boiling water, stirring, until it softens.
Add the cardamon powder and mix well. Taste it, and if you really like cardamon, be generous and add a little bit more...
With one spoon, pour the melted mix on the baking paper making the shape of coins while it's hot and before it starts cool down
Then, let the choco bites cool down until totally dried. It takes from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how think they are and the temperature of the room
Take them out one by one and serve or place them in a box to store
