5-Minute Vegan Ice Cream
Homemade ice cream can take just 5 minutes to make to satisfy your summer cravings for it. You can customise it with your favourite flavours! Experiment and have fun with it!
1.5 cups coconut cream, full fat coconut milk
Half cup raw cane sugar, honey or maple syrup
1 pinch salt
And choose your favourite flavour:
Chocolate - Half cup cacao powder Banana - Half cup bananas Vanilla - 2 tsp vanilla extract Coffee - 2 tbsp instant coffee Avocado - 1 avocado
1. Mix in a blender the coconut cream, natural sweetener, and your choice of flavour.
2. Blend it all for a few minutes until the sugar is totally melted, which is usually around 1-2 minutes, and has a totally smooth consistency.
3. If you have an ice maker, add the mixture into it and follow the instructions. But, if you don’t have one, you can also put it into a container in the freezer, stirring it once every hour, until it gets a firm consistency.
